NO RETURN POLICY We currently do not offer returns, refunds and exchanges for delivered products. Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images before placing an order. REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY Orders can't be cancelled once confirmed. But if your bag arrives damaged or not as expected, just reach out to us on WhatsApp within 3 days — we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Your happiness matters most to us. Please note that an unboxing video is required to claim exchange. We won't be able to process any refunds without an unboxing video proof. Requests submitted after the reporting period may not be considered. All replacement requests are subject to verification, investigation, and approval by Bellaloom.
